How do I donate cryptocurrency to Korean K9 Rescue?

1. Click “Donate with Crypto” to open the Giving Block widget.
2. Select your cryptocurrency from the dropdown list.
3. Enter the amount you want to give.
4. Add your email for a tax receipt (or stay anonymous).
5. Use your crypto wallet to send the donation — either by scanning the QR code or copying the wallet address.*

Transfer instructions may vary slightly depending on the wallet you use (e.g. Coinbase, MetaMask, Trust Wallet).

Once your transfer is complete, you’ll get an on-screen confirmation and a receipt via email.

What cryptocurrencies can I donate?

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD stablecoins, and 100+ other leading tokens supported by The Giving Block. The dropdown in the widget always reflects the most current list.

Is donating crypto safe?

Yes. All crypto donations are processed through Gemini Trust, a U.S.-regulated crypto custodian. Every transaction generates a one-time-use wallet address, keeping your gift private and secure.

What happens to my crypto after I donate?

Your crypto is immediately converted to U.S. dollars and transferred to Korean K9 Rescue. This protects your gift from market volatility and ensures it can be put to use right away.

Will I receive a tax receipt?

Yes. As soon as your donation is confirmed, The Giving Block sends you an IRS-compliant receipt. The receipt shows the fair market value of your gift in USD at the time it was received.
