This historic event marks the first time a Korean shelter has been entirely emptied, heralding a new chapter in the fight against animal neglect and abuse.

Within the walls of the shelter were 105 souls, each with a story of resilience. Some of these dogs, burdened with years of neglect and chained without hope, have now found freedom. Others, battling diseases like parvo, faced daunting odds against adoption in Korea. But today, thanks to our collective efforts and the tireless work of our dedicated ‘Lucy’s Law’ team, these dogs are stepping into a brighter future. Our hearts swell with gratitude for the unyielding support from volunteers and advocates in Korea, New York City, and Los Angeles.
